Terms & Conditions

By collaboration for a design service with me, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

 

1. Payment & Deposit

A 50% deposit is required to secure your project and begin work. The remaining 50% is due upon completion, before final files are delivered.

 

2. Scope & Revisions

Each package includes the services and number of revision rounds outlined in the agreed proposal. Revision rounds are intended to refine an existing design direction. A complete change of direction or additional work outside the agreed scope may require an additional hourly fee.

 

3. AI & References

I do not use any AI, recreate or closely replicate existing logos, branding or other creative work - including my own previous client work. If a requested direction becomes too similar to existing work, I reserve the right to move the project in a different creative direction or cancel the collaboration.

 

4. Intellectual Property

The final approved design is delivered with full usage rights for the client. Unused concepts, sketches and rejected design directions remain the property of the designer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

5. Portfolio

I reserve the right to show completed work and unused concepts in my portfolio, website and social media for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Cancellation

Once the collaboration has started and work has commenced, the initial 50% deposit is non-refundable, as it covers the time, creative work and availability reserved for your project. Any outstanding fees for work already completed outside the deposit may still be due.

 

By proceeding with a project, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms.
